I was excited to do a deep dive into Hounds because he was an artist I also did not know a single song from him because off of the one feature I knew from him, I liked it so this one will be fun for me.
The first song that came on was “Glizzy” which featured TrippyThaKid. The minute that I heard the intro, I knew this track was going to be good, and I was not wrong. TrippyThaKid is also incredibly talented. This is an easy 10.
“Fanta!” also featured TrippyThaKid, and I have decided if the song features TrippyThaKid, then it will be a good track and this song proves that for me. I have to give this song a 10 too.
Another TrippyThaKid feature was exactly what I needed. The two, when they work together are so talented. “Wake UP” was the next song to play, and again, another banger from the two. This was another 10.
The fourth song that played on this shuffle was Hounds most popular song on Spotify, it also featured TrippyThaKid. “Locked Up” was another banger from the two, this track was another easy 10.
“Scorn” was the first song that I listened to that was solely Hounds, so I was excited to see what his work was like on its own, and I was not disappointed in the slightest, he is still very talented on his own. I gave it a 10.
To have two independent singles in a row was exciting for me because I liked the first one so much. “Myria” was great as well, I think it also may be my favorite song from Hounds, so I easily gave it a 10.
The seventh song I listened to was “Frailty”, which was another song that was solely Hounds, and although I do love his work with TrippyThaKid, I also enjoy him just as much on his own. Another easy 10 from me.
“Hannibal” was the next track that played, and the artist featured on it was Charlie. Rom, who I did not know, but after hearing this song, wanted to explore more of, I rated this song an 8 because it wasn’t my favorite, but I still enjoyed it.
Mixre was another artist that I had never listened to that Hounds featured on a track, the track in question would be “Lynx”. If I were a frat boy, I would have Hounds perform at my darty because I think the music is that good. I rate this track a 9.
The last track that I played from Hounds was “Fatigue”, and even just by the intro, I was attached nearly immediately. This has been one of my favorite deep dives that I have enjoyed because I have enjoyed every track, this one is a 10 for sure.
