Idaho Murders

This is my usual update on what is going on in the Idaho Murders case, where Bryan Kohberger. This case has remained one of my most exciting subjects because it is so bizarre, and having girls around my age hits close to home for me.

The defense has turned over no documents. I find this shocking, especially because Beyan is so guilty, I do not know how Anne Taylor has not turned a single thing over to make her client look less guilty. I think she will find something to turn in soon for the sake of saving her client’s ass, but the fact that she has YET to turn anything in is shocking to me. But, we will see.

The FBI is now denying that they lost Bryan Kohberger. I think this is interesting that the minute the news drops they take it back. And honestly, I do not care to figure out if it is true because we have the suspect in custody. I also highly doubt he was “lost” if we have this much evidence of him being pulled over in several different places.

Idaho students say they have seen Bryan “staring” on campus. Now, this is fucking creepy. I want to know more about this one, and if any of the victims happened to be where he was staring because that would not only help with a motive but also point us in a route that shows us not only who was targeted but this helps the case of the prosecution if there are witnesses of him being a creep.

Xana’s mother slams Bryan’s lawyer for her betrayal. For those who do not know, Anne Taylor, who is Bryan’s lawyer during this trial, has also been a lawyer for not only Xana’s mother but also the Mogen family. Xana’s mother says she feels betrayed by Anne, from what I have seen, the Mogens have not commented on this situation, but I can imagine they are just as upset, and if I was in Xana’s mother’s position, I would feel the same way with no doubt whatsoever.

Kaylee’s family fights the gag order. I am honestly surprised that they are not big on the gag order. I would think for the sense of their privacy, they would want the gag order to continue to be extended. But, since this case is becoming less and less in the public eye as the gag order continues to extend, maybe this makes them feel some type of way because they want answers that the police have not given them yet that they want the public to know and are wondering if others know anything that could help them have a better case. But honestly, I think they have this one in the bag. There is no one else that this could be except Bryan Kohberger.

Kaylee’s family creates a Facebook group for tips. I think this may be their way of learning about things involving this case. Because there are probably people out there that may know a thing or two, this is how they are “getting around” the gag order. I don’t know how I feel about this, but it is their family, so it is not my problem and I thank God that it is not. But, I want to know SO bad what gets posted in this group.
