This is the second part of my analyzing the deep dive that Spotify produced for my girlfriend and me. We have very different tastes in music so I was excited to see what it would be and then I decided to analyze it.
Around The World (La La La La La) - A Touch Of Class, Pete Koneman: I knew that this song was not me because I had not heard this song in so long, but it is a banger, and I am proud of her for this one.
TECNO + N TEQUILA - Disco Lines, Morgan Harvill: I knew off the bat that this was one of my songs because it is my favorite pregame song. I like a lot of EDM which really isn't a field that she dabbles in.
Every time We Touch - Cascada: I was surprised this was not one of our shared songs because I feel like I listen to it a lot, but it is one of her songs. This song will not be a banger though.
Stereo Love - Edward Maya, Vika Jigulina: I knew off the bat it was on me that this track was on our Blend because I love this song and she despises it, but it will never miss, sorry bae.
I Just Wanna - Chief Keef, Mac Miller: Not only is this one of my favorite Mac Miller features but my favorite Cheif Keef song. I listen to it regularly. So, for me, there is no shock at all that this track made the Blend.
Collard Greens - ScHoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar: This song I knew this would be one of our shared songs because ScHoolboy Q is one of my all-time favorite artists, and I knew she knew this track so I expected it.
Trigga Maxo (Bonus) - Maxo Kream: This song is not one of my favorite Maxo Kream songs, but I listen to it enough for it to be on this Blend. Though, Maxo is one of my favorite artists.
679 - Fetty Wap, Remy Boyz: There is no shock to me that this is one of my girlfriend’s songs. Ever since she said that she likes rap music, this is always the song she chooses. But, it is a classic so I can’t hate it.
Kiss Me Thru The Phone - Soulja Boy, Sammie: This being a shared song for us is not a shock. She loves throwbacks and I have so many memories attached to this song so it being on our Blend is not shocking at all.
Gas Pedal - Sage The Gemini, Iamu!: This is without a doubt a track from me, I love this song so much, it will always be one of my favorite tracks, especially for the club. But, I do know that my girlfriend does know this song.
Bottoms Up - Trey Songz, Nicki Minaj: This song is another one of our shared ones and that does not surprise me because we do listen to this song a lot together no matter who has aux. This song is a certified hood classic.
Shake It - Metro Station: This song is apparently from me. That does not shock me at all because it is one of my favorite songs ever made, but, I am surprised that it is not one of our shared tracks
