So, once we moved past the bomb threat, we were back in the trial, not much happened because the bomb threat did take a while, so there is not too much more for me to discuss, but I decided to be annoying anyways and break it up into two parts. 

After the bomb threat, Brian Hudak goes back onto the stand and identifies modules from Alex’s SUV. I wish that we were able to talk to Brian longer because I love his job so much but I understand that there are a lot of witnesses we need to talk to so we could not spend forever conversing with him, but maybe he will make a comeback! So far, when I write things out, they then happen to come true, so here I am doing just that. 

Dwight Falkofske is next to take the stand. He is an electronic analysis specialist. He extracted data from Alex’s SUV. He said two calls were logged at 10:06 pm, and then the one to 911 a few seconds later. At 9:04 the system was started, 9:05 pm the engine started running, it was taken out of Park mode at 9:06 pm, then was put back into park mode at 9:22 pm. At 9:43 pm, the car goes out of Park mode, then a few seconds later, goes back into Park mode. At 9:44 the car went out of Park mode, then went back into Park mode at 10 pm. Seconds later the car went out of Park mode again for about 13 seconds. 10:04, out of Park mode, 10:05 back into Park mode. 10:11 back into Park mode, 10:12, back out of Park mode.
