Spotify Wrapped 2022

Today, I have taken it upon myself to reveal my Spotify Wrapped to y’all. I know I will receive some slander but I think I have strictly bangers on my playlist so I am not mad about this whatsoever.

Hate To Say It - Azizi Gibson: One of my favorite songs, I am not shocked that this was my number one song whatsoever or that Azizi is my number one artist for the year. I love his music so much.

Cabaret - Azizi Gibson: Again, I am not shocked that Azizi Gibson is this high on my listening, but I did not think this song would be my number 2, although I do love this song a lot and it is one of my favorite songs of his.

Rolling Stone - Black Hippy: This was one of my favorite songs ever because Black Hippy does have some of my favorite rappers, but, I am also shocked that this song is so high as well.

Party Girl - Asher Roth: I also did not expect this song to be so high. It is my party anthem but I did not realize I listened to it this much. This is also evidence that Asher Roth has music other than I Love College.

THERAPY! - Lauren Sanderson: I do love this song, it is my gay girl anthem, I am not shocked that it is this high on my Wrapped whatsoever. I love Lauren Sanderson and I am glad this song also did so well for her.

Blue Bills - DJ Scheme: This song was requested to play at work every day that I worked so I do not find it shocking that it is on the list but I did not think it would be this high up on my list.

DJ Khaled - Azizi Gibson: I thought this would have been higher than Cabaret, but I am not shocked that it is this high up on my list. I religiously listen to this song.

Doin 2 Much - MoneybaggYo: This is my favorite song to sing like a fuckboy. I love MoneybaggYo and carry his energy within my day-to-day life, honestly, so I am not shocked that this song or MoenybaggYo is on my list whatsoever.

Lil Bit - Nelly: I feel like I will receive slander for this song in all honesty. But, please remember I do attend the University of Alabama which is filled with country music and I need vibey country music.

CLUBHOUSE! - JELEEL!: I never really have listened to JELEEL! As an artist, I love Mike Dimes so that was why I listened to this song so much because his feature is incredible. Perhaps I should listen to more JELEEL! As well.

Whatever mane - Pouya: I do love Pouya and Xavier Wulf as artists and I do highly enjoy this song so I am not shocked that it is on my list because I do listen to it all the time. I am surprised it is not high.

Angels (When She Shuts Her Eyes) - Mac Miller: This is my all-time favorite Mac Miller song. I hope I get married to this song in all honesty. I am also not shocked Mac was my #2 artist for the year.

Two Left Feet Flow - Boobie Lootaveli: I do love Boobie Lootavelli so this didn’t shock me at all but I am surprised Lap Dance in a Chevy wasn’t my number one Boobie Lootavelli song of the year.

Ashes 2 Ashes - Chetta: I one day hope I am famous enough that I can have a TikTok edit made of me to Scrim’s part in this song it is so good. I didn’t start listening to this song until much later in the year so I am surprised it is this high.

You Can Kill With It - Idontknowjeffery: This is one of my favorite songs ever written. I could listen to it in any life situation, especially in the car this song hits. I am shocked that it’s not higher.

TECHNO + TEQUILA - Disco Lines: A party anthem, of course, I love this song and Disco Lines is going to be one of the biggest DJs within the year. His better music is on Soundcloud though.

Freaks - Timmy Trumpet: Another party anthem, this song is much older but there will never be a time in my life when it doesn’t make me feel some type of way. I am shocked though that it is on here.

Stay Fly - Three 6 Mafia: As it says in my Instagram bio, juicy j enthusiast. I love Juicy J and Three 6 Mafia in general so I like to play them when I can this is one of their most common songs and I get insecure when people don’t know the music I play.

Paralyzer - Finger Eleven: This is another song I fear I will receive slander for. I do not care though. I love this song and it will always get me so lit. I am not shocked by its placement on this list either.

Matte Black - $uicideboy$: I love this song and $uicideboy$ but I am shocked this is one of my most played songs by them because it is such a recent song from them. Nevertheless, I do love this song.

BAD KID - Night Lovell: I am obsessed with Night Lovell and this song. But I feel like this isn’t the song that I listen to most by him at all. I do enjoy this song but I do not feel that this is right at all.

April Showers - Koe Wetzel: I love Koe Wetzel; he was one of the first articles I ever wrote. This song I also anticipated for hardcore, I love the album this song is on too. I am not shocked by the placement of this either.

Angel Assasin - Azizi Gibson: If you know me, you know this will forever be my favorite Azizi Gibson song. This is my fourth year I believe that it has been on my Wrapped and I am not shocked whatsoever.

Slut Me Out - NLE Choppa: I do not want to go into detail about why this song is so high on my list. I know this deserves slander. But, this song is so good and at the period in my life when I listened to it religiously, it was just too fitting.

Where Did The Party Go - Fall Out Boy: Again, I will probably receive some form of slander for this song but this is my all-time favorite Fall Out Boy song. I feel no form of shame whatsoever about this.

I Just Wanna - Cheif Keef: This is my all-time favorite Cheif Keef song, probably because Mac Miller is featured, but that’s not the point. I am surprised this song isn’t higher but I guess I didn’t listen to it that much.

100it Racks - Future: This song makes me want to squat down and shake my ass like I am a stripper with rent due in the morning. I can not explain the level of hype I feel from this song.

Wicked Witch - Nardo Wick: I haven’t explored Nardo Wick as an artist but this was a big song on TikTok so I listened to it, but the other music of his that I have heard I also really enjoy.

Up Down - Morgan Wallen: I fear that my country music likes will get slandered because it is more in the realm of Country Pop but this is one of my favorite country songs and I am not shocked by its place.

Already Best Friends - Jack Harlow: I have listened to Jack Harlow since Dark Knight was out so no one can ever call me a bandwagon with him. But, this is my favorite song of his on this album.

Rocking A Cardigan in Atlanta - Lil Shordie Scott: In all honesty, I have no clue how this song is so high or even made my Wrapped list. It is an okay song but I don’t think I’ve listened to it that much.

Don’t Trust Jeffery - Idontknowjeffery: I will fully accept with my full heart and soul how much I listen to this song. This song also really makes me feel some type of way and I listen to it religiously.

Not A Rapper - 42Dugg: The intro to this song gets me so lit and the rest is kind of mid. Also, as a rapper, I am not that big of a 42Dugg fan, but I do enjoy this song a lot I also am shocked by its placement.

When It Rains It Pours - Luke Combs: I listen to this song whenever I am feeling sad and it does the trick every time without a doubt. This is also one of my favorite country songs ever written.

Everywhere I Go - Hollywood Undead: This is another song I believe I could never get tired of listening to. I could listen to it every day of my life. I am not shocked it made my wrapped list whatsoever.

Splash - Tyga: This is another song that I think there is no way should be on my list but here we are. I only listen to this song for MoneybaggYo’s part but I do not think I listen to this song that much there is no way.

All The Right Moves - OneRepublic: I want this song to also play at my wedding. This song gives coming-of-age movie energy where the main character and her crush are at a party and finally having their moment.

Audubon - $uicideboy$: This is the song that is probably one of my favorite $uicideboy$ songs. The intro itself gets me so lit and the lyric “got a dead bitch giving head” also really makes me feel some type of way.

Semi On Em - Gucci Mane: Last year, this was my number one song so I am a little disappointed I didn’t do as well this year with it, but this song is so good and I will always listen to it.

Maneater - Nelly Furtado: This song being on my list truly says a lot about who I am as a person but I am here for it. Nelly Furtado did not miss this song whatsoever. I don’t think there will be a point where this song doesn’t make my list.

Sundress - A$AP Rocky: I do love this song. This and Fashion Killa are two of my favorite A$AP songs. I believe his more vibe-based music is better than his other music. But, this is another song I did not realize I listened to that much.

Get Crazy - LMFAO: This is a song that I deserve to receive slander for but it is always a good song. And if any year was the year of Jersey Shore, it was this one, so this doesn't disappoint in my opinion.

Overdose  > You - Chetta: I hope that one day someone loves me enough to post me on their Instagram story to the quote from this song that is “Love my bitch, hate you hoes”. I love Chetta and he deserves to be listened to as an artist more.

Dani California - Red Hot Chilli Peppers: This song is so mainstream for me to say is my favorite Red Hot Chilli Peppers song but there is a reason it is mainstream, it is a great song. I just realized it would be this high on my list though.

Joan of Arc - Night Lovell: This was in my Top 5 songs last year so it obviously has dropped a lot, but I do really like this song. I have just listened to a more extensive variety of music this year.

You Get Me So High - The Neighbourhood: This is the #2 song by The Neighbourhood but this album in general is so good. I love this song and lowkey I’m glad it blew up on TikTok this year because they deserve the streaming money.

DRUGS - Lil Aaron: Since 2020, this song has made my list. Daddy issues aside, this song is so good. Though I do fear that I am manifesting bad for myself because these are the men I always go for.

Lucky Ass Bitch - Mac Miller: I think every year that I have had Spotify, this song has made my list. This is my Mac Miller party anthem and I have listened to it for years. I prefer the single version though because the moaning on the album version bothers me.

Me vs Me - MoneybaggYo: Again, MoneybaggYo channels how I feel inside and especially with this song. This song will never be skipped whenever I have aux. I want to explore MoneybaggYo in 2023.

Heartbeat - Childish Gambino: This is one of my favorite songs ever made. This song also basically describes the relationship that I had this year so once that came to end this song hit differently after that.

Game - Only The Family: This is the second year, I believe that this song has been on my list, but the line “In the hood passing out turkeys” really makes my day. Well, Tee Grizzly’s part in general does.

Half On A Sack - Three 6 Mafia: Piggybacking on my perspective of Stay Fly, because this song blew up on TikTok, I would play it a lot because people liked it, but I do just want to listen to Three 6 Mafia.

Time Today - MoneybaggYo: Yet another MoneybagYo song on my list does not shock me in the slightest. When he says “I don’t fuck with nobody” that sentence impacted me and that’s why I think I listened to it so much.

Lte - $uicideboy$: This I think is my favorite $uicideboy$ song. I love the long intro and then when they cut into the vocals, it just gets me so excited. Although it is an older song, I listen to it still a fair amount.

Body - Loud Luxury: I can not believe this song is on my list in all honesty. I do really like this song and Loud Luxury is my favorite DJ group, but this is not my favorite song by them, I think I just play it a lot because it is so common.

My Band - D12: For those that do not know, I am probably the biggest Eminem advocate in the world, and old Eminem music does it for me, especially D12, although this song is super mainstream, it is so good.

Tuned In Freestyle - Megan Thee Stallion: Thi album by Megan is really good and all her freestyles are so good, especially Stalli. So, I will forever be a fan of Megan's freestyles and this being on my list doe not surprise me at all.

Carry Out - Timbaland: Timbaland is one of my favorite early 00s artists and I listen to him to this day regularly. This song with a Justin Timberlake feature just makes it even better for me.

BACKROOM - Mike Dimes: I am very surprised that this is the first song by Mike Dimes on my list and that is so low. I listen to a lot of Mike Dimes, especially being from Texas. But, this is a very good song.

Party All The Time - Darkzy: This may be one of my favorite party songs ever made. The concept of an Eddie Murphy sample, especially done in this way is just so good. I will never stop listening to this song.

Turkey Season - Only The Family: Similarly to how I feel with Game, the line “I heard the turkeys coming in” is incredibly impactful for me. I think that is why this song made my list this year.

Small Town - Hoodie Allen: I do enjoy listening to Hoodie Allen, I do not care if it is a hot take but frat boy rap is just so good for no reason, especially this song. It just makes me happy.

Pepas - Farruko: This song is my anthem. Wherever I go, I will always require Pepas to be played. Not to be lame, but, whenever I am at college and hear this song it makes me feel so happy because I feel like I get to be home for a second.

Lying Is The Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Off Her Clothes - Panic! At The Disco: I know we as a society hate Brendon Urie now, but you can not tell me this is not one of the best Panic! Songs.

Love & War - Kodak Black: People have told me this is my song. Kodak did not miss whatsoever with this song. I love Kodak and especially this song but in all honesty, this is not a good album from him.

Psycho Pass - Xavier Wulf: I do not care that TikTok blew up this song, it is such a good song. I love Xavier Wulf if my list has not already proved that statement, and this song is just so good.

The Nasty Song - Lil Ru: I will admit that I do love this song, but I refuse to believe I listened to this song that much. Like I do throw ass a lot, but there’s no way that it is this much. I am very shocked by this one.

HOME - Mike Dimes: Again, I am shocked that Mike Dimes is so low on my list, I guess I do listen to a lot of his music on Soundcloud which obviously does not factor in, but I do enjoy Mike Dimes.

The Way I Are - Timbaland: Again, another 00s classic, I love this song but I had forgotten about it until it was back on TikTok, but obviously, once it hit TikTok I certainly remembered it if it's this high on my list.

Mobile Suit Woe - Xavier Wulf: This is probably my all-time favorite song by Xavier Wulf. I listened to it more than where it is ranked on my list or maybe I just have listened to it a lot over the years.

She’s Country - Jason Aldean: This is a song I feel that I will receive slander for, but I love this song. Especially having to go back to the whole attending Alabama and country music remaining everyone’s favorite, this is a good one to play.

Used 2 - 2 Chainz: I think 2 Chainz is one of the rappers that I have listened to for the longest, especially since this album has always been one of my favorites, and this is another twerking song so, of course, it made my list.

Dangerous - Morgan Wallen: Back to the country music, and the king of country music right now himself, another Morgan Wallen song made my list. This song is a bop and I do enjoy listening to it.

Missed Calls - Mac Miller: This is one of the biggest songs from the Blue Slide Park album and it deserves to be so, this is such a good song and it is one of my feels songs for sure.

P.S. Fuck You Cunt - Fat Nick: This is one of the few songs from my Soundcloud era that I have never gotten tired of. Lil Peep’s part in this also makes me feel like I am in some man’s car with my Life360 turned off.

Instructions - G-Eazy: This song makes me feel like the rich fuckboy in every movie, almost like a Rafe Cameron vibe. I listen to it more than I would ever admit, but apparently, I do not have to admit to anything because Spotify exposed me.

Primadonna - MARINA: If you told any of my friends that this song was number 78 on my list, I don’t think they would believe you, I listen to this song so much and have consistently for years.

Reflections - The Neighbourhood: This is my favorite song made by The Neighbourhood and I don’t think any one of their songs could ever beat it. I can not explain the way that this song makes me feel.

Bounce - Timbaland: This song I didn’t listen to that much until Cassidy Condie made the video at the gas station where she danced to it. When I listen to it, I pretend that I am in Magic Mike or Step Up.

PUFFIN ON ZOOTIEZ - FUTURE: This song is so good. The lyric “puffin on zooties and she callin' me daddy” really makes me feel like nothing has before. I also just really enjoy Future’s music.

Emo girl - Machine Gun Kelly: I have no clue why this song is on my list. Yes, it is a bop but I do not enjoy this song at all. But, I guess I did listen to this song a lot when it came out which messed with my numbers.

LIT BITCH - Chinese Kitty: This is another song that makes me throw my ass in a circle. I listen to it all the time, also anything that involves French Montana love and Fivio Foreign gets me pretty lit.

Crown Violet - Azizi Gibson: I am very surprised that there is this man Azizi Gibson songs on my list this year in all honesty, but I do really like the vibe that this song has so I do listen to it a lot.

Darker Than Lit - Sybyr: I did not start listening to this song until much later in the year but I listened to it enough for it to have a spot on my list which is shocking to me. But, I do love this song and recommend it.

Animals - Nickleback: I already know that everyone is going to hate me for this song but I do not care. If you can not get lit to this song then I do not trust you. I did not realize though I got lit to this song that much.

Wake Up - Mac Miller: I love listening to old Mac Miller. Like as it is part of my daily routine. This is one of my favorite Mac songs because it does make me happy. I am not surprised in the slightest that it made my list.

WARSAW - Jack Harlow: I am happy to see how Jack Harlow has been so successful, especially in the past year, but old Jack Harlow music is just so much better. I could make an entire article over old Jack Harlow music that is elite.

Jelly - Big Homie Ty.Ni: Another song that is also made for ass-shaking. I listen to this song religiously because it makes me want to bust down in a section the second that it starts. I, again, did not realize I threw this much ass.

Dreams and Nightmares - Meek Mill: This is the party song. The minute that I hear “Aint this what they’ve been waiting for”, the next three minutes and fifty-one seconds are my time to shine and no one will stop me.

Hands-On The Wheel - ScHoolboy Q: I am surprised there is not more ScHoolboy Q on my list this year because he is one of my favorite rappers. I also like Rocky’s part in this song which also contributes to its place on my list this year.

Ain't No Way Around It - DJ Drama: I listen to this song too much apparently. But, you can not tell me that Future’s verse does not make you feel some type of way. This song deserves a spot on my list.

Don’t Play That - King Von: I think the reason this song is so high on my list is because of 21 Savage’s feature. 21 does feature like he has rent due in the morning and I love it. Also, King Von is a good rapper, rest in peace.

Bottoms Up - Remix - Brantley Gilbert: This is one of my favorite country songs, I like the original version as well, but I am a huge T.I. fan so the remix is just what I chose to listen to more.

Dicked Down In Dallas - Trey Lewis: This song is what I feel like all of my Alabama men sing when I go back home to Texas, but then I remember that they are all whores and I am just another one on their list.

Blackout - Breathe Carolina: This has been one of my favorite songs since I was in fourth grade. If you have never heard it before then I am so sorry that you have missed out. I do not think there will be a time that I don’t listen to this song.

Slime - Azizi Gibson: I do not even want to count how many Azizi Gibson songs have been on my list. This is another one of my favorite tracks of his even though it is a much older song, I remain listening to it.

Freakin’ Out On The Interstate - Briston Maroney: This is my indie boy anthem. I like this song because it reminds me of my favorite boy I have ever messed with, if he and I are ever on bad terms though, I do not know what I will do.

Dark Light - Night Lovell: Another Night Lovell song on this list does not shock me at all. I listen to him a lot, especially this song. He is an artist though I want to do a deeper vibe when it comes to his music.

Cash In Cash Out - Pharrell Williams: This song would be considered one of the songs that defined my summer. I listen to it religiously. I also think Pharrell is one of the most talented artists ever.

Diet Mountain Dew - Lana Del Rey: Of course, I had to end with a Lana classic, this song is just so good. The Born To Die album itself is just so good and especially this song. I think this is the best song to end my year with.

If you made it this far, thank you for reading this. Also, if you made it this far, let me know which songs from my Spotify Wrapped playlist you liked, or even disliked. If there are also any artists you want me to expand on, let me know that too!
