The Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl takes place at Amon G. Carter Stadium. This year, the two teams playing are Air Force and Baylor. My pick for the win goes to Air Force because I just hate Baylor and hope nothing but the worst for them.
Air Force dominated the first quarter. Brad Roberts got a touchdown, but unfortunately, the extra point was blocked. Then Matthew Dapore got a field goal. Because I want Air Force to win, I enjoyed the first quarter a lot.
The second quarter was pretty dry, but Baylor did get a touchdown, for the sake of the score, and Baylor, this was beneficial, but I was not a fan of this because I was so Air Force heavy, I wasn’t exactly a fan of the second quarter.
Though, Air Force dominated the third quarter as a response to their lack of performance in the second quarter. Haaziq Daniels got a touchdown as well as Caleb Rillos, and both extra point kicks by Matthew Dapore were good.
Air Force started strong with a second touchdown on Brad Roberts’ behalf, Matthew Dapore’s kick was good then too, and Baylor answered with a touchdown by Gavin Holmes, the 2 point conversion by Blake Shapen was good too, but this was not enough for Baylor to win.
BOWL COUNT: 9/14
