I feel kind of fake because when I did my initial bowl article, I forgot to include this one. But, Frisco Bowl Presented By SERVCO takes place in Frisco, Texas and this year features the University of North Texas and Boise State. I am going to pick Boise State because they are just a better team.
The first quarter of this game was pretty dry, all that happened was North Texas’s Ethan Mooney scored a field goal. That kind of threw me off because I was sure that Boise State was just going to kill UNT.
The second quarter did pick up though. Boise State started this quarter by getting a field goal, but then UNT answered with a touchdown, and all Boise State could respond with was a field goal which only helped the score.
Boise State was not having it going into the third quarter, they started with a touchdown with a successful two-point conversion. But, this led to UNT responding with a touchdown, and then Boise State hit another TD, leading to UNT getting a touchdown, then Boise State ended the quarter like how they, started another touchdown. This was a fun quarter to watch.
Boise State started the fourth quarter with another touchdown, and UNT was just never able to catch up where they needed to be, they got another touchdown but still lost this game 32-35, but this was an enjoyable game to watch.
