Dominic Fike

I know Dominic Fike from Euphoria, and I heard he made music but it wasn’t until one of his songs came on a similar playlist that I decided to start researching his music, and that is exactly what I will be doing in this article today.

The first song for this was “Rollerblades” which for some reason I attached to this song immediately. I loved everything about this song, and I didn’t know it before, I just put all his music on shuffle and was lucky. I give this song a 10.

“Phone Numbers” was the next song to play, and I have heard this song before, but I have never really been a fan of it. IT just sounds like a cliche pop song like something that Tai Verdes would make. I give it a 5.

“She Wants My Money” was the next song that played which was more of the vibe I was expecting from Dominic Fike’s music so I was very into this song. I ended up giving it a 10 which shocked me to score a song so high this early.

The fourth song that played was “Wurli”. The intro to this song grabbed my attention immediately which for me very rarely happens with songs, but this one certainly did and the rest of the song was so good I gave it another 10.

“3 Nights” is another Dominic Fike song I had heard before and did not enjoy. There are two sides he dances on that go in between cliche pop music and good music and I never know what song is going to have what vibe. This song though is a 5.

“Babydoll” was another song I had heard before but I like this song when compared to what I usually think of his most popular songs, this one was not pop music. So, I ended up rating it an 8.

The seventh song that played was “Elliot’s Song (From “Euphoria” An HBO Original Series)” everyone knows this song who has seen Euphoria, and I hated it when it was in the show, but by itself, it is pretty good. I gave it a 9.

“King of Everything” came next and hearing the intro, I thought it was going to be a little cringy. But, as we dove into the song, I found myself truly enjoying the track. But, because of the corny intro, I did give it a 7.

“Socks” played next, and this song was a very sweet song to me. I loved the energy channel in it, I am incredibly shocked that I am enjoying Dominic Fike as much as I am. I gave this song a 9.

The track I ended this with was “Westcoast Collective” which was the perfect track to end on because it became my favorite Dominic Fike song. I loved the energy channeled in this song. I gave it a 10.

I am shocked by how much I liked Dominic Fike. There were some tracks that I was heavily disappointed with, but, for the most part, I liked him as an artist and ended up rating him an 8.3 which was a lot higher than I expected.
