The Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl takes place at Yankee Stadium in New York City. The two teams that played this year were Minnesota and Syracuse. My pick for this game went to Minnesota because they are just a better team.
Minnesota came out strong which is exactly what I wanted. Mohammed Ibrahim got a touchdown on their behalf, then Daniel Jackson got a touchdown afterward, but Syracuse did answer with a touchdown on behalf of Garrett Shrader.
The second quarter was a little dry, but I expected that from this game. For both teams to be in a bowl as good as the Pinstripe Bowl was shocking to me, but I am also glad to see Minnesota winning so far.
Syracuse’s Andre Szmyt started this quarter with a field goal. Minnesota responded with a touchdown on behalf of Coleman Bryson. Then, Andre Szmyt answered with his second field goal of this game to which Minnesota responded with Daniel Jackson getting his second touchdown of this game.
The fourth quarter was also pretty dry, but Garrett Shrader got his second touchdown on behalf of Syracuse. This was not enough for them to win the game though. The final score of this game was 20-28, with Minnesota taking the win.
