A Positive Update On The Idaho Murders

As promised, here is my daily update on the quadruple murders in Idah. This one though does have some good news! Any positive update, in this case, will always make me happy because this situation is just so tragic.

A white Hyundai Elantra with no plates has been found in Eugene, Oregon. If this isn’t the best news, then I do not know what is. Now because there are no plates, that does mess things up because you can not track back to the owner of the car. But, I have a few ways to handle this. Check glove compartments and anywhere else that you can find evidence either physical or even check the sterling wheel for fingerprints to see if it matches any in the database. The second thing I would do is go through records to see if there are any white Hyundai Elantras that have been pulled over in Idaho to look for potential suspects. I would also recommend checking the car for any modifications, like tint or subs, because a lot of the time, especially with subs, whoever installed them brands it somewhere as a marketing tactic. Then finally, I would check with school records to see if there are any Hyundai Elantras, specifically from Oregon that could point to a potential suspect. Also, a lot of places of residence have you put down your car make and model to prevent cars that aren’t supposed to be there from being there. I would also recommend checking those records. The car also crashed, so there has to be a witness somewhere in this world that could push this investigation even further. There is also CCTV probably that needs to be reviewed so they need to act fast on that, not like the BS with the gas station.

I have also seen where police are being slandered for sitting on key information for this case. Now, if they were just not investigating what they had, that is one thing and that would not shock me because they do seem to be a little behind with how to handle this situation, but if they were simply just hiding it from the public that is another thing. I understand why they would do that. You want to be careful with what is released because the perpetrator is for sure taking notes on every piece of media they see to make sure they do not do anything to mess up and get caught. Also, the public can take a lot of things to the next level, so investigators do need to be careful.

More agents have been assigned to this case. This is probably best because the ones that they have right now are not doing the job they need to. I do believe that 60 investigators are a good amount for this case, but if this is prolonged much further then there will need to be more assigned. I also hope that these agents are more competent than the ones that have previously been on this case.

This was all I can offer today involving this case but I hope that I can continue to report more good news about this investigation. My thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the families affected by this tragedy.
