The Quick Lane Bowl is played at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. This year, the two teams that played were New Mexico State and Bowling Green. For this game, I picked Bowling Green to win because I love their halftime performance.
The first quarter was not the first quarter that I expected. Star Thomas got a touchdown on the behalf of New Mexico State, because I picked Bowling Green to win, having NEw Mexico State control the first quarter was disappointing.
The second quarter was also dominated by New Mexico State. Eric Marsh got a touchdown on behalf of New Mexico State, again to have another quarter dominated by New Mexico State was not what I predicted.
The third quarter got a little interesting. Ethan Albertson got a field goal on behalf of New Mexico State, but Bowling Green’s Ta’ron Keith got a touchdown on behalf of Bowling Green. But then, Ahmonte Watkins got a touchdown on behalf of New Mexico State.
Bowling Green was able to dominate the fourth quarter. Mason Lawler got a field goal, then, they got a team safety, and then Tyson Broden got a touchdown but they still lost the game.
BOWL COUNT: 10/18
